WARMARKET is built around one goal: making CoD Mobile account trades safe, transparent, and mod-supervised — every single time. Here is exactly how it works.
We strive to make sure every transaction on WARMARKET is secure, verified, and fully moderated. No blind trades. No unverified listings. No payment before you see the account live. That is our standard — every time.
Account trading violates Activision's Terms of Service. Purchased or sold accounts may be banned by Activision at any time. WARMARKET facilitates peer-to-peer trades but cannot protect accounts from bans. Proceed with full awareness of this risk. WARMARKET is not affiliated with Activision or TiMi Studio.
PRIVACY POLICY
Listing data you provide: When you create a listing, information you enter — including your In-Game Name, account level, region, Discord username, and any photos you upload — is stored in our database.
Photos: Screenshots you upload are stored only in your browser's local storage. They are not uploaded to or hosted on any WARMARKET server.
No account registration: WARMARKET does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or submit any personal identifying information to use the site.
All listing and review data on WARMARKET is stored in your browser's localStorage. This means:
- Your data stays on your device — it is not transmitted to or stored on any WARMARKET server.
- Clearing your browser data or cookies will permanently delete all listings and reviews.
- Data is not shared between different browsers or devices.
Because this is a client-side platform, WARMARKET has no access to the data you enter into the site.
WARMARKET links to and integrates with Discord for all trade facilitation, moderation, and buyer/seller communication. When you click any "Join Discord" or "Open Discord" link, you are leaving WARMARKET and entering Discord's platform. Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply at that point.
WARMARKET is not responsible for any data you share directly on Discord. Your Discord username is collected on the sell form only for display to potential buyers.
WARMARKET does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking technology. We use Google Fonts (loaded via their CDN), which may set a cookie — this is outside WARMARKET's control and governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
WARMARKET is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you believe a minor has accessed the platform, please contact us via our Discord server.
Since all data is stored in your own browser, you are in full control. You can delete all WARMARKET data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage. In your browser's developer tools, go to Application → Local Storage → delete the wm_listings and wm_reviews keys.
For any other data concerns, contact us through the WARMARKET Discord server.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
TERMS OF SERVICE
WARMARKET is a peer-to-peer listing platform that connects sellers and buyers of Call of Duty: Mobile game accounts. WARMARKET is not a party to any transaction. We do not buy, sell, hold, escrow, or guarantee any account or payment.
All actual transactions — negotiation, payment, and account handover — occur exclusively on Discord, outside this website. WARMARKET has no control over and no liability for transactions conducted on Discord.
⚠ IMPORTANT: Read this section carefully.
Trading Call of Duty: Mobile accounts violates Activision's Terms of Service. Accounts that are bought or sold may be permanently banned by Activision at any time, with no recourse. WARMARKET cannot protect you from this.
- You assume all risk associated with account trading.
- WARMARKET is not responsible for banned accounts.
- WARMARKET is not responsible for failed trades, scams, or disputes.
- There is no guarantee of any account's continued playability after purchase.
By using this platform, you acknowledge all of the above and accept full personal responsibility.
You must be at least 18 years old to use WARMARKET. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this service.
As a seller on WARMARKET, you agree to:
- Only list accounts that you own and have the right to sell.
- Provide accurate, honest information in your listing.
- Not misrepresent the contents, level, or value of your account.
- Complete all agreed-upon transactions in good faith.
- Not engage in any form of fraud, deception, or scamming.
WARMARKET reserves the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason, including listings that appear fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these terms.
As a buyer on WARMARKET, you agree to:
- Verify the account fully — live, on Discord — before sending any payment.
- Never send payment without moderator oversight in a trade ticket.
- Conduct due diligence before completing any transaction.
- Accept that purchased accounts may be banned by Activision.
Never pay outside of a moderated Discord trade ticket. WARMARKET will never ask for payment through direct messages or any channel other than an official trade ticket.
The following are strictly prohibited on WARMARKET:
- Listing accounts you do not own.
- Providing false or misleading screenshots or account information.
- Attempting to scam, defraud, or deceive other users.
- Harassment or abuse of other users on Discord.
- Creating fake reviews or manipulating the feedback system.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
Violations will result in immediate removal of all listings and a permanent ban from the community Discord server.
WARMARKET is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of any listing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WARMARKET disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to lost funds, banned accounts, or failed trades.
These terms are governed by applicable law. For any questions, disputes, or concerns regarding these terms, please contact us through the WARMARKET Discord server.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

The 5% fee is deducted by the mod inside the trade ticket, before payment is released to the seller. You never handle it — the mod does.
The 5% covers mod time spent verifying listings and managing trade tickets, server costs, and ongoing platform maintenance. WARMARKET is run by real people putting in real hours — this is how we keep the lights on without charging buyers.
